How on earth am I supposed to get help?
I have been trying to contact support for HOURS.
I tried to get in touch with support, which put me in the chat queue. When it was my turn, the chat never opened. I could see "person" sent a message in the title of the tab, but no chat window ever opened. They then closed out the chat with no way to get them back. I tried reopening a new case, and now I appear to be shadowbanned from getting support.
Every time I try to open a support case now, it directs me to a help article. The help article tells me to open a case. When I try to open a case... IT SENDS ME BACK TO THE ARTICLE. It keeps sending me in circles without ever letting me talk to a person.
EA is such a terrible company. Won't spend another DIME until I get help.

please try using a different browser and make sure it allows pop-ups, so that the chat can actually appear. If you've already created several cases, you might not be able to create a live chat right away, in which case I would recommend either waiting a few hours before trying again or to try and contact Support as a guest, so without being logged in.
