How to cancel a pre-order

Hello,

I had a great time when BF1 launched. Played it for many hours. I didn’t play anything in between BF1 and BF6. 
The hype around BF6 got me curious and i have played 5 (bad🤣) matched in BF6. It was fun; so i preordered BF6.

Today i got bored and fired up my PS5 to play some more BF6 and saw my account was disabled due to violation of the user agreement. I have no clue why and for this reason i want to cancel the preorder as i wont be able to play this game.

could someone help me with this?
