How to delete my EA account?

I want to delete my EA account. I have seen the Help page. But I didn't see any link to connect with a advisor. Only that (screenshot 1).   Screenshot from Help page Usless advice from comu...

    How can I delete my EA Forums account?

    Start a case on EA Help to delete your EA Forums account. We’ll need your email address and EA Forums username.

    Deleting your EA Forums account won’t delete your EA Account. 

    From there you can make a case.
