How to get a refund? Game purchased in error
Hi All, I purchased the Madden27/CollegeFootball27 bundle and found that my CAD laptop wouldn't run it. Am I able to get a refund? Thanks, WI_JohnnyM
Hey c6ccbe35fed4556c,
When it comes to refunds, we aren't able to support those requests here on the forums, so please follow the steps on this page to submit a request.
There are a couple of factors that contribute to your eligibility, including whether you've launched the game and how long it's been since you made the purchase.
If you're not seeing Madden 27 or College Football 27 in the Refund Tool, you'll need to contact our live support team so an advisor can review your account information and refund eligibility. Thanks!
