How to get a refund? Game purchased in error
Hi All,
I purchased the Madden27/CollegeFootball27 bundle and found that my CAD laptop wouldn't run it. Am I able to get a refund?

There are a couple of factors that contribute to your eligibility, including whether you've launched the game and how long it's been since you made the purchase.
