I recommend you get in touch with our support team asap. They will do their best to help you recover the account.
To reach them, click on this link and scroll to the bottom. Select the 'Contact us' option, and fill out the form. To help speed things up when you're chatting with a support agent, try to have this information ready to go:
- The email address you used to make your EA Account (the one you're trying to recover.
- Any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account.
- Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games.
