How to send an actual email to EAhelp?
To put it simply, i can't find the live chat and given the experiences people are having, i don't want to find it anymore. I want to send an email and know i'll get a response back. The only thing i've found though so far is the "Contact us" button which hasn't done anything as i both haven't been given any response yet, not even an automated one to tell me the message was sent out but in "my cases" there are none, despite me trying twice to get a case set up. I need to get my PSN unlinked from an old dead EA account that i didn't even know existed and onto my actual one
