How to start a live chat conversation with EA?

 I tried all the methods, but still can not start a chat.

    Hi BlackPrune​​,

    Thanks, that helps me understand what you've selected. For now, let's try a different set of ticket options.

     I've prepared a custom link below that I've tested and works for me:

    • Click on this link
    • Choose the live chat option,
    • Don't click the 'log in' button, just continue to fill out the ticket and select 'Next'. 
    • Enter a Subject Line and upload any relevant attachments, then click 'Send'

     

    That should hopefully work for you. Once you're through to an advisor, share the game and issue so they can help update the ticket fields, and assist you from there as best they can.

    I've moved your post into it's own thread, as that other thread had been inactive for a while. It's best not to bump inactive threads where possible. 

    You mentioned trying all the steps I suggested. Could I double-check if you made sure to NOT to log into your EA account while completing those steps? 

    1. Open up an incognito tab in your browser and click this link.
    2. Click 'Continue without signing in'.
    3. Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear.
    4. Fill out the information required and your chat case will begin. 
    5. If you see a message pop up when opening the chat Icon, make sure to select keep waiting and do not close the page or the connection to the chat will be lost and the case closed as a result. You can always try again if that happens but your place in the queue would reset.

    Yes, I tried, If I have log in, I can not even find the "start chat " option. However, When I tried to start a chat without log in, it turns to a page that aks me log in, shown as the screenshot below. If I log in in this page , it will turns to the EA help homepage with my accout log in, and with no chat created.  Fine, When you log in, you can not find any "start chat " option anymore, unless you log out.

    Is there any other way to contact the support, I tired with this.

    I've just tested it, and I can connect to live chat following my steps. I see you've selected BF4; that might be what's different. Some issues don't provide a chat option, as the support team cannot help with them. Could you share what issue you're running into, the game, and the platform? Once I get an idea of what you've been experiencing, I may be able to recommend more relevant steps.

    Thank you, I was trying to redeem the game "Battlefield 4" on PC with code, but it turns to an error "COMMERCE_SERVICE.VALIDATION_FAILED.INVALID_PRODUCT_CONFIG...", both on EA app and the website "https://www.ea.com/redeem" for serveral days. That's why I need to contact the support to check this problem. If there is other way to contact the support, I'd like to provide my account details and the code details.
