EA Support Keeps Closing My Case Without Responding

I have been trying to contact EA Support about an issue with my account being linked to the wrong Steam account. It has now been over 48 hours, and every time I open a case, EA closes it without providing a single response.
I have also been trying to use the live chat, but after waiting over 12 hours in total, I still have not received a reply from an agent.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Is there a more reliable way to contact EA Support or get them to actually respond, instead of just closing the case?

I am honestly tired of waiting in front of the screen for hours, only to see my case closed with no explanation. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  • A lot of people are having similar issues including myself and EA have offered solutions(What they consider a solution) but it doesn’t actually work since my issue is I don’t have access to my old email an they just say “Change your password via email” even though I don’t have access to that email

    I justw anna talk to a human ebing for once if they tell me the same, I may just accept that but I just want to talk them for once atleast

  • Same thing is happening to me. 

     

    I'm trying to link my PSN to a new EA account because I no longer have access to my old email account and the EA account I made with it. 

     

    I made a support ticket days ago and they randomly marked it as solved even though I never even spoke with support. 

  • So, When I was asleep around 4 in the morning I got a email saying someone came on the chat and replied asking me to reply otherwise they will close the chat. And they did again. It appers you just have to look at the chat and keep staring at it for hours and hours and hours until it works.

  • I want to provide an update regarding the chat screenshot I shared earlier. I have been connected to an agent three times now, but I never receive any email notifications when they message me. Instead, my case gets closed without any response. After waiting 8 to 12 hours each time, I would recive the email stating Oh looks like you are nto there" and then my case is closed. This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I have ever had.

    My case keeps popping up saying new every few hours with absolutly nothing showing up other than my original post. EA need to change this and actually hire staff to talk to people. Waiting over 48 hours for a simple response is ridiculous. I made my report on thuraday its now sunday and ive heard nothing back at all.
