EA Support Keeps Closing My Case Without Responding
I have been trying to contact EA Support about an issue with my account being linked to the wrong Steam account. It has now been over 48 hours, and every time I open a case, EA closes it without providing a single response.
I have also been trying to use the live chat, but after waiting over 12 hours in total, I still have not received a reply from an agent.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Is there a more reliable way to contact EA Support or get them to actually respond, instead of just closing the case?
I am honestly tired of waiting in front of the screen for hours, only to see my case closed with no explanation. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
