How to unlink my steam account with EA account

So basically I want to unlink my steam account from my old EA account, and I no longer have access and can't remember to my old email. Is there like an alternative way to unlink them or delete the EA account, would that automatically unlink the connection?. I still have full access to my steam account, and most of the time I would buy games from Steam.

If you are having issues with linking/unlinking your account, then you should talk to EA support. Support should be able to assist you with the issue.

I’m having the exact same issue man with my Xbox, EA will just tell me to check the forums which I’ve done a million times, I basically will have to create a new Xbox live account and link it to my new EA account as I can’t unlink my old EA account because the email I used at the time is like 12 years old, EA is such a joke I will never support them again, they were a joke back when I used to game and are a joke now, I just wanted to play battlefield with some old buddies I used to game with back in the day and can’t
