How to unlink old EA account from steam

I've been trying to contact EA by email regarding to my old EA account linked to my steam account, I'm trying to connect this EA account but it wont work since the old on is connected to my steam and I have no way of accessing that. cant play any EA games bcuz its linked to an EA account that I no longer have access to. I can show proof that my steam account is mine. I've tried everything no response at all.  Help would be greatly appreciated, please.
