I’m requesting help with EA Account Recovery.

I’m requesting help with EA Account Recovery.

My old EA account email is: [edit: email address removed]

I can no longer access this EA account (I can’t log in), and I need help to restore access to the account.

Important notes:

• This EA account is NOT linked to Steam / PlayStation / Xbox / Epic.

• I am NOT requesting entitlement transfer to another EA account. I am requesting recovery of access to this original EA account.

Information I can provide for verification (please tell me what you need):

1. EA ID:[edit: email address removed]

2. Approx. year/month when the account was created: Aug 31, 2014

3. Country/region where the account was mostly used: China

4. Previous login devices (PC/console) and city: PC

5. Purchase proof:Please see the accached file.

• Order number / transaction ID: Please see the accached file.

• Game titles purchased on this account and approximate dates/years: The SIMS 4, The SIMS 3, The SIMS CITY

    I have sent many messages to EA Support through EA Help, but I still haven’t received any response. Could you please help me get in contact with EA Support?

    My account issue has not been resolved for several months. I have dozens of games on my account, and I have spent a significant amount of money purchasing them.

    If you follow the link I send and create a case, try using the live chat, which will let you contact Support directly. If you can only send an e-mail, please wait for an answer, which can take several days, instead of sending off several messages, as each new message can push your case to the end of the waiting list again.

    Thanks for your reply! I’ve been emailing EA Support through EA Help and trying Live Chat since last year, but I still haven’t gotten any response. So I honestly don’t know what else I can do to recover my account.

    what happens when you contact Support through the live chat? A chat should automatically pop up and connect you to a support agent.

    It won’t connect me to an agent. It just says, ‘An advisor will email you soon.’

    what topic did you choose when filling out the contact form? A topic such as "Login Issues" should give you the option to either send an e-mail or contact an advisor per chat. If you choose to contact an advisor by chat, you shouldn't be getting any pop-up regarding getting e-mailed. Can you please make sure that you're choosing the option "chat with us" to handle this issue.
