I’m tired of being jerked around in circles.

I’ve been on contact with EA help and community advisors for about a week now and I keep getting put in the stupid next step ai chat loop with no way to actually speak with a person. My account was compromised in 2021 and banned. Had contacted support back then and my account was reinstated. Apparently whatever support team member i talked to never actually removed the ban and just let me play on my steam account. PLEASE HELP IM GETTING REALLY ANGRY!!!

    Hi, I understand how frustrating it feels when it seems like you are being passed around, but account-related issues can only be handled by the support team.

    When speaking with the chatbot, please select the most accurate issue type. Otherwise, the system may assume a self-help article is enough and may not route you properly.

    Btw, can you see any record in your Penalty History? You should normally be able to submit an appeal from there as well, or through this web form.

    I've been trying to submit one single ticket for 4 hours now but your guys ai chat bot just keeps sending me in circles, i've tried everytoption to contact someone, appeal a ban, missing item, purchasing issue and every single time it just tells me the same thing " This issue isnt supported by advisors"
