I am not receiving the verification code by email

Hello. I'm trying to log in to EA SPORTS FC 26. My Gmail account is working correctly and receives emails from other senders, but the EA verification codes never arrive. I used to receive them, but not anymore. I checked my Spam and Promotions folders, and the email address associated with the account is correct. I can't log in to my EA account because I'm not receiving the verification code. Could you help me regain access?

    Since you've gone through the troubleshooting steps for missing verification emails, it'd be best if you use this web form to connect with our live support team and have them look into the account with you. If you're struggling to log in, please use an incognito or private window and access the web form as a guest.

    Hello, I have already tried all of these steps. I checked my Gmail filters and blocked addresses, added [email protected] to my contacts, and replied to an email from that address. I also checked my Spam, Promotions, and Trash folders.

    I still do not receive the verification code emails, although I do receive other emails from EA.Could you please help me recover access to my account or add a secondary email address for verification?

    Hey mdh6qpvvlisa​,

    If you're not receiving a verification email from us, can you please give the following troubleshooting steps a try: 

    • Navigate to your inbox Settings > Filters and Blocked (for Gmail) and make sure [email protected] is a safe sender or an unblocked address
    • Locate an email from [email protected] and allow images to be displayed
    • Send a reply to an email from [email protected] and add the email as a contact


    If you're still facing issues, it might be worth connecting with live support to see if you can add a secondary email address.
