Are you trying to reach support for an account action or another issue? It might be worth using this web form on an incognito or private window and selecting a different issue as your topic to see if the live chat option becomes available.

When I made an inquiry through real-time AI chat, I could not get the solution I wanted. I want to solve the state that the mail service of another EA account is currently suspended and I cannot access that account. I have requested support counseling several times, but online counseling emails are not coming.
