I am unable to directly contact EA HELP.

  I contacted EA HELP online twice today, and solved one problem the first time. Later, I discovered another problem. When I had the second chat with EA HELP, I accidentally closed my webpage. When I tried to start the chat again, I found that the "CHAT WITH US" option disappeared. But when I logged out of my account, it appeared.
  Am I restricted from CHAT WITH US? If I wait for a while, can I still contact EA HELP again?
  (English is not my native language, so there may be grammar errors and impolite tone. If this happens, I apologize.)

    Hi there, 

    If you're unable to start a chat while logged in, you have the option to start a chat without logging in. If you have any ongoing cases, you can also resume the case directly from the My Cases tab.
