I can’t renew my e-mail account.

I purchased Dragon Age Veilguard through Epic Games and was asked to create an EA account in order to play the game. However, I no longer use the e-mail address I registered with, and when I try to change the e-mail address linked to my account, the system does not allow it. Please let me change my e-mail address.Why are you making this so complicated? I don’t understand. On the other hand, I also want all save files and data related to Dragon Age Veilguard to be deleted.

    Something's missing...Helping recover account access is something our support team can help with once you've verified you're the account owner. Could you help fill in the blanks? What options did you select?

    In the meantime, please double-check these are the steps you followed to reach our support team for help with this:

    • Open the EA Help article 'How to update your EA Account': I recommend reading it before scrolling down.
    • Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of our EA Help guides, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
    • Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
    • Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.

    I followed your instructions, and the last message I received said: “Your issue is not supported by our advisors.” If I can’t update my email address myself, then who will? First, you sold me the game, and now no one is taking responsibility. On top of that, even though the game is in my account, you won’t let me access it with another email address, because you licensed it to the email I first logged in with. What kind of logic is that? I’ve never seen anything like this before. And now I’m dealing with this problem because of the way you(EA) set it up.

    To reach the support team, scroll to the bottom of that guide and click 'Contact Us' to begin filling out your support ticket.

    There are only articles in the link you shared. There is no one who can help me with my problem. I’ve been sending messages for days and no one is helping me. I paid for this game and bought it. And now no one cares. Please, someone do something about it. Updating an email account shouldn’t be this hard.
