Trying to unlink a unknown account from my steam

Hey so I bought Battlefield 6 a few days ago, tried to play it today and my account is linked to some random EA account that I never owned. I have made multiple support requests and they keep telling me I just have to try and guess the information of this random EA account. I literally can't even begin to guess the information and now I cannot play any of my previously purchased EA games on Steam. I am out hundreds of dollars and need a fix, please help

    That guide doesn’t help as I am unable to link my EA and Steam account due to the fact my Steam account is linked to an EA account which I do not own and never did own. It’s some random dudes account that I don’t know.
