I followed your instructions, and the last message I received said: “Your issue is not supported by our advisors.” If I can’t update my email address myself, then who will? First, you sold me the game, and now no one is taking responsibility. On top of that, even though the game is in my account, you won’t let me access it with another email address, because you licensed it to the email I first logged in with. What kind of logic is that? I’ve never seen anything like this before. And now I’m dealing with this problem because of the way you(EA) set it up.
