I can’t login and unlink my account

I also cannot login into my email that was from 2006 I only know my Xbox is linked to it

I literally had to make another account

You could try contacting EA Help to ask them to change the email for you. The "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below should let you reach them. 

Please be aware that they will ask you security questions, and can only make changes after you pass them, so you might want to gather as much information for that account as possible before opening a case.
