I cannot change Email on my account
I have already tried all available ways to contact EA support in my country, except this one.
My problem is very simple, but it cannot be solved without support. My email address has long since changed, and the old mailbox was deleted.
All of my other accounts are linked to my new email, except EA. I can play EA games through Steam or EGS/PSN/XboX, but I cannot log in to my EA account, even though I know the password. It asks for a confirmation code from an email that no longer exists.
For the same reason, I cannot add a secondary email or set up 2FA. I have already submitted 4 requests to EA over the past six months and have not received a single reply from support. It seems like nobody is actually reading my problem, and instead they keep sending messages to a dead email address where nothing can be delivered.
