I can't contact EA support
I'm having trouble to disconnect a account that I don't recognize from my steam, but I can't contact the support chat because the button is disabled.

Hey aueii2 when you are trying to open a case with our support team, are you able to access the AI bot and begin to engage with it?
Checking here and not seeing any issue, so this is likely something that we can troubleshoot.
Can you try a different browser to see if it helps?
The error that you shared above is not in English, so if you see something about an issue, please reshare it with me.
When you try to access the Steam account, have you tried a password reset on it to see if it triggers an reset email to any account you own?
