I cant open cases

Hello, I can't log in to my EA account that is linked to my Xbox account because it sends a verification code to a gmail address I don't know. For this reason, I'm trying to open a case file in EA help, but it doesn't open.Even though I clicked the contact button and filled out the form, the case file is not opened.

    Hello. Were you trying to open a case on a mobile device? If so, can you try using a PC instead? You could also try switching your mobile browser to use the desktop version of the site instead. Cases can be opened at help.ea.com.
