I can't update my EA account
So, I'm trying to change some details from my account, but I can't. You see, whenever I try to change something, EA tells me I have to type in the verification code they sent to my e-mail. The thing is, that e-mail got deleted, which means I can't touch my account. I've tried to find out how to fix this, but I can't. What do I do about this?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
