I did not receive an activation code via email.

Seen a few posts about this, tried changing the email addresses of EA so they never send to junk, changed the settings in my own email to make sure i receive emails from all sources briefly and nothing works. When I try and load fc26 it needs a verification code from my email but the code has never come through. I've restarted my PC and tried viewing it on my phone just in case that somehow worked. I went to the EA website to try and change my email address and to do so I need to use a verification code that I cannot receive, same problem as when I try and add my phone number. Any help would be much appreciated because I have 9 games of champs still to play because this game is so fun 🙃

    I have done all the steps you told me, and the problem still continues. I did not receive an activation code. Note that when I register with any other email, I get the code, but this primary email from which I bought the game does not receive it.

    Hey mad14si​RamWolfigerV​ this can happen from time to time, but the good news is that you can find all the relevant info that you need to sort this here

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account. 

     

    If you’re not getting codes sent to your email, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account. 

    If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the code.If you can’t access or remember the email address you used to make your EA Account, try these account recovery steps.
