Out of curiosity, who is your email account through? I had a problem like that with a specific email provider I used for many years. It is not usual for me to need to reset passwords as I am very good at keeping track of them. So the one time I did need to. No email came. I waited and still nothing. Nothing in spam folder. It did eventually arrive, but it took hours. Which many times these things are time sensitive and that won't work. I ended up switching to a different email provider that I knew this would not be a problem with. With that said, I don't want to name any names so I am curious who your provider is. If you say the right thing I'll recommend you get another provider. I know that doesn't help right now but I can 100% understand your frustration.
