I don't have access to an old Email

Hello the email address i originally used the email in previous battlefield games but i dont have access to it any more. when i try to change the email to my current one it keeps sending and asking for verification code that I cant access to see and even when i try to step verification if does that . I need help to either reset my email to my new and current email or I need this account deleted please help I'd like to have access to EA for the new Battlefield

    Just tried to sign into EA via steam and noticed that the email linked to my EA account no longer exists, as it was deleted years ago. I can not change my email since I can not log in without the two step verification. I would really like my email switched, is there any faster way to do this than just a support ticket? I was hoping to play the bf6 beta but I cant until this gets fixed. Any help would be appreciated!
