I don't know the reason for the suspension!

Hello everyone, I hope you are well
6 days ago, while playing online, a message appeared on the screen
WS-116332-6
Temporary or permanent suspension! And until today I can't log in to my Plus account.
I created a case and even announced my problem several times in the online chat.
I was asked for the emails I had on the console. They checked all of them and said there was no suspension notice on these emails!!!

I haven't received any emails
I don't know the reason for the suspension and how long it will last!
What's the problem, friends?
I'm really tired and confused!

We're not hacking. We're not cheating. Why did this problem really arise?

The only fun I had with my little brother was playing online. And that was just Battlefield 2042 and FC 25

    Because I logged into my account and went to this link
    I also click on the contact support section
    But it returns to the first page and no page opens for chatting or sending messages!!!
