Unauthorised account creation
Hello,
I’m posting here because I haven’t received any response from EA Support via email, and the live chat function on your website isn’t working for me (the option to start a chat doesn't appear).
A few day ago, I received several emails confirming that a new EA account (this one) was created using my personal email address. I did not create this account and have no connection to it. This appears to be either a mistake or an abuse of my email address.
I’ve contacted support and asked for the account to be deleted immediately, but I haven’t heard back.
Please escalate this case or advise on how I can get in touch with someone who can resolve this. I want to make sure my email address is not linked to any EA account I didn’t create.
