I have a disability and support is not helping me
I’m trying to find help via email or phone call because of a physical disability I have and I keep being told I can only contact via chat I need help and no one will help me anyone??

I wish there were a better answer but ea will never give a **bleep** about you,your disability,or your problem unless you are ON theyr're management board (sadly good luck getting into they're management with any disability). Until then they will only (grudgingly) acknowledge your existence if you throw money at them in the form of in game microtransactions .
