I have lost access to my email address and need help changing it.
Hi there,
I have had my EA account for 15 years. It was linked to my account which was a Grandfathered google workspace account, basically a family business run by my father. With his passing we lost access to this account and cannot send or receive new emails. I still have the archived emails, the accounts are just in a paused state.
I need help swithcing to my new personal email. Ive submitted a case but it was marked as resolved with no actual answer given, I've tried for days to contact any form of support. I cannot even see the contact us or open case button on any EA Help articles anymore. Feels like EA just wants to throw me aside or lock me out permanently.
What can I do? Is there a HUMAN I can talk to? Please do not give me a generic go to this article and open a case as I have stated I have tried this to no avail. My cases were marked as resolved with no help given. I am still LOGGED IN to my accounts, I have the ID, Email and Password but i cannot receive new emails to change my account.

please try using the live chat when contacting support - if you open a case over e-mail with an account that is connected to an inaccessible e-mail, then the answers will be sent to that e-mail and after a while, the case will be marked as resolved.
By contacting support through the live chat option, you will be connected to an employee that will hopefully be able to help you switch to the correct e-mail.
