After I tried to login to my ea account,due to network issues, then I was automatically logged into my primary 90 ovr account,so I tried deleting the account,so I can login to my 126 ovr account but somehow I lost access to it when I deleted my 90 ovr account with no way to login but I can still find my account in-game when I search by username,so am finding a way to regain access cause I don't want to start all over again

Just to confirm, did you delete your EA account or FC Mobile account?
If you're referring to an FC Mobile account, you should be able to sign back in and recover it directly if it was linked. Otherwise, if you have the account's User ID, please connect with our customer support team in-game for further assistance.
Unfortunately, if the account wasn't linked and you don't know its User ID, I'm afraid our advisors won't be able to locate it, and recovery options will be very limited in that case.
