I NEED HELP- BAN
HOW TO KNOW IF THE BAN IS FOR 7 DAYS OR FOR EVER??
SOMEONE PLAYED MY ACCOUNT AND EA SUPPORT DONT WANT TO REMOVE THE BAN PLEASE HELP

I'm sorry but here on the forums, we won't know why you were banned in-game. Can you take a look through your emails? There may be an email from the Terms of Service that shares the information you're looking for. Failing that, I'd recommend reaching out to the Terms of Service team directly for clarity about the duration of the ban.

You should also be able to see the length of the ban by signing into the EA Help site and checking "My Ban History", if you can't find the email.
Did you let someone access and play on your account? Was it a friend or family member?
