I need help recovering my old account

I have the backup codes to it, back to when we still have Origin App (i think), I can still play Apex Legends with it because its linked to my steam account, showed proof of purchases for battle pass and every bit of info, turned out to be useless and all they say is "I'm close to recovering it, unfortunately the information is still abit of", as if the purchase receipt is not enough, even showed proof i owned the email account that was disabled lol.
