I need real help from a real person!

Question

This is the most frustrating thing! I can’t login to my account.

I have my username! I have my password! But every time I try to login to my EA account it says to verify my email with the 6 digit code. Okay no problem I have access to my iCloud email.

WRONG big problem my email receives nothing from EA. I don’t not have EA blocked and yes I’ve tried looking in all possible folders. It is the correct email address.

I’ve already sent a form for help with no solution. I am submitting this post on my EA account with my Gmail account. I get the verification code in my Gmail inbox. But for my account with the iCloud email receives nothing. My storage for my email box is also not full so that’s not the problem either.

I NEED A REAL SOLUTION DO NOT REDIRECT ME TO THE HELP PAGE!!!

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty getting into your account due to that verification code. If you're not receiving a verification email from us despite EA being an unblocked sender, can you please give the following troubleshooting steps a try:&nbsp;

Locate an email from&nbsp;EA@e.ea.com&nbsp;and allow images to be displayed
Send a reply to an email from EA@e.ea.com

If you're still facing issues, please try adding your Gmail account as a secondary email address and ask for the verification code to be sent there instead. If you're unable to do so due to the verification step, it'd be best to connect with our live support team to have them update the primary email for you.&nbsp;&nbsp;
