Do you know how long EA support takes? And how would prove that the account is mine? Would remembering the old email address prove it?

    I can't comment on the matter since I'm not involved with support, everything should be communicated with the EA support agent for more details.

    From personal experience, the process could take from a few minutes to a few days if you could provide them with the necessary information.
