Game not transferring on account merge

Yesterday I had someone merge my accounts together because I accidently bought Battlefield 6 on a different account. No big deal. Accounts were merged and I was told to wait a few hours for the game to appear. almost 24 hours later and still nothing. This morning, I spoke with a different advisor who told me that because on their end it didn't show up as me having played the game, that is why the game didn't transfer over (even though I played it on Friday) but she was adamite that there were no logs. She offered me a refund which I didn't want at the time because I pre ordered this game and wanted my pre order bonuses and since I still had access to the old account with the game on it, I was fine to wait and just play it on there. Then somehow, I am now no longer able to access that account and Battlefield 6 is still not showing up on my main account. I reached out to another support person for that refund and was told that that was not an option and that the game was showing as transferred on their end. THIS GAME IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND IN MY LIBRARY. I have reset and restarted everything and still, nothing. I am beyond frustrated and the only thing he told me I could do was to post here, so that is what I am doing. Please someone help me be able to play this game I do not want to be out $100
