    Account related issues can be resolved with the help of EA support. If you are able to prove that it's your account, they will assist you with the process.

I can't comment on the matter since I'm not involved with support, everything should be communicated with the EA support agent for more details.

From personal experience, the process could take from a few minutes to a few days if you could provide them with the necessary information.
