I no longer have access to my EA signup email. How can I change it?

The website I used years ago, http://www.care2.com no longer has account emails. I can sign in to EA using my PSN but cannot access my profile to make changes or even view the profile without using a code sent to the care2 email that no longer exists. Any way to get this updated? Thanks!
