If you're still having this issue, then you should try talking with support again. Nobody else can assist you with the issue on this forum.
Hi danisoff I have already talked with them twice. Where on the first attempt they almost deleted the account with all my games on it. And the other time they said there was nothing to be done. This post was really a post in anger to let out some steam and show my disappointment. And you never know if anyone might come over the post who knows of a solution.
