Hello gamers,
I am trying to link my current EA Account to my PSN and unfortunately I cannot because it is linked to an old EA account that I no longer have access too. I no longer have access to the email that the account is tied to. I cannot find anything on the PlayStation to unlink the accounts.
Is there someone at EA that can go in and unlink the account from the PSN so it would allow me to link my current accounts?

This is something that EA Help could potentially assist you with, but you'd need to pass their security protocol to prove that you're the owner of the account first, so you might want to gather as much information as you can before contacting them.
If you select the "Contact us" button at the end of the guide below, though, you will need to speak with the bot first, but it should then pass you to EA Help.
