need to unlink steam

i need to inlink steam on my ea account cause i dont know that i need to wait 6 month thanks.

and that happend when i wanna play in my xbox ea account and i unlink my steam account from my main account to link it to the xbox ea acc and i need to unlink steam acc to the xbox acc cause fc dont have cross progression and i cant wait 6 month and the world cup event is coming 

please need help
