I received an An update on your refund request email. But I never request any refund before, I can not find any refund history in my account. I need contact EA support team to figure out whats happening right now.
Bit of an odd one raymanTHEOLD. Could be the case that you might have received an email with an incorrect subject but likely not something that is a major issue.
