I strongly appeal my permanent ban (EC:10901).

I am writing to strongly appeal the permanent ban placed on my account on November 18, 2025. I was shocked to receive this penalty, as I am a long-time, legitimate player of this franchise (since the PlayStation 1 era) and a current subscriber to EA Play Pro.

I affirm that I have never used:

Unauthorized third-party software (bots/cheats).
Coin trading, buying, or selling.
Any illegal activity to gain an advantage.

Regarding the "Cheating" Observation:

My only recent activity was attempting to improve my controller's response time (latency) due to difficulties in defense (Jockeying). I recently purchased a third-party controller with Hall Effect technology and used its official, certified software (8BitDo Ultimate Software) to manually adjust the Analog Stick Dead Zones and Trigger Sensitivity.

I suspect that the anti-cheat system may have misinterpreted this manual, legal adjustment of the controller's official software as a malicious modification of game mechanics. I am requesting a manual review of my account history to confirm that my gameplay data is clean and that I was simply trying to optimize my hardware settings to match the game's high responsiveness requirements.

Please verify my long-standing commitment and subscription status. I urge you to lift this permanent ban, as it is a severe and unjustified penalty for a loyal customer.
