I think my steam link needs to be replaced

My old Steam account was stolen and I've unlinked it, but it still shows binding, you can't bind your account because once you accept your weakness, 38*****@qq.com's EA account is already linked to a Steam account. Each EA Account can only be linked to one Steam Account during its lifetime.Can anyone help me thanks
