what do you mean with not being able to get through to support?
Generally speaking, DLCs are non-refundable - you can read up on EA's refund policy here. You can still try to get a refund, but there is a good change that this will not be possible.
Hi, I submitted the information for a refund request under The Sims 4 category on the EA support page. However, I have not received any response from the support team indeed you are the first reply I got from EA team, Thank you. For now I'm just unsure how to proceed further in applying for the refund. Could you please let me know what’s next steps I should take?

replies can take a few days - so for the moment, if the case is still open, I would recommend to just wait.

Did you hear anything back? I'm having the same problem. I made a duplicate purchase now I'm not hearing from anyone and there's no number to contact.
