I want to change m primary email

Hi 

I’m a stucked as my primary email on my EA account I can no longer access and sign in now using one of my linked ps account only.

I cannot change any info on my personal profile as it says it will send verification to my old email so I can make changes which makes sense.

Can you please advise on how I can change my old primary email to my current one?

I am aware EA answers HQ don’t too much go into this query but could you then please advise where on EA help I can chat to as detailed in the instructions attached as it doesn’t specify this particular query as even with the instructions on the site it doesn’t specify where I can “start a chat” or “chat with us” as all I want to do is start a chat window etc? i searched every where in the site I CAN’
