I want to chat live

I'm trying to contact the EA support team via live chat because I can't use two-step verification because the email associated with my EA app has been deleted. I want to change my email address. However, the link and answers the managers provided were not helpful at all. Why are you posting a link that doesn't work? I tried searching for a way to connect to live chat on EA help, but no matter what case I try to connect to live chat, it says, "This issue isn't supported by advisors." How can I connect to live chat? I'm getting angry at the managers here. No matter how many times I ask, they won't give me the answer I want.

    I'm in the same boat. I no longer have access to my original email address, and can't login anywhere because they keep trying to send a verification code to that email.

    Filed a support ticket, and haven't heard back yet. The thought of losing my account because EA doesn't have a competent account recovery method is incredibly frustrating.
