I want to delete my account
I received an email from EA out of the blue saying my account will be archived due to inactivity. Problem is, I never actually did anything on this site and am not sure how they got my email address. I cannot submit a request to delete because that web page insists I select a game and console that is the issue. Without filling in those boxes, I cannot submit my request. I am 75 years old. do not participate in these activities, and have now wasted an hour of whatever amount of life i have left, trying to get rid of this annoyance. Therefore, I repeat, DELETE MY ACCOUNT (PLEASE) BECAUSE I AM REALLY STEAMED!!!

Sorry for the trouble you're running into getting that request submitted. We are not able to delete accounts or make any changes via the forums, but you should be able to get in touch with the support team by starting a case here.
When you get to the section where you mentioned needing to select a game and console, you can type and select PC for the console. There is not a general account option for the game setting, so there you'll need to just select any game - it won't matter if you don't have it on your account in this case.
So, from the link above, try typing Apex in the Game field and selecting Apex Legends, then type PC in the Console field and select that from the list as well. That should let you continue creating the case or open a chat so the support team can help with the deletion itself.
