i want to dispute 2 bans

Message: Hey ea last year my email account was hacked and i somehow recovered it. few days ago my i bought a game called fc25 and i found out that the hacker had linked his email to my ea account and my ea account was linked to my steam, I reached ea support and they help me to give me my ownership but now i found out i have 2 bans due to that hacker because i never touched this account before. So ea please dispute my 2 bans if you want any proofs or verification please tell me. try to reply to this email asap.
